Willie McBride29er High Performance Program Director and Head Coach, Willie McBride has been sailing 29ers since 2004. Having attended ISAF Youth Worlds as the US 29er rep, writing the US Sailing Development Team I420 tuning guide, and coached teams to 2 ISAF Youth Worlds berths, Willie brings a diverse body of experience, as well as the perspective of an active racer, to his work. in addition to running 29er HP, Willie is also the Junior Director at the Santa Barbara Youth Sailing Foundation, and races as a member of the Bacio Melges 20 team.
